<i> The fields of amber grass bowed in a seemingly endless cycle, flowing like waves in an ocean as the winds forged their way across the savanah. High above, set amidst the scattered billows of clouds that at times offered shade to those below, the sun cast it's rays deep through the azure sky.It was here that Adhane had found himself. A rich amber pelt, met by the self-same colored mane which tapered to deeper earth tones - a depened red vying for recognition in the suns strength, the lion showed obvious signs of health. At almost 4 years of age he was on the verge of entering the best years life had to offer.But what was time to youth? Only a fleeting thought that marked the chance for new opportunities, opportunities Adhane was eager to em
ace.As he neared a stream he slowed his steps until at last he reached the shore. His paws could feel the wetness of water-soaked earth at the edge, paws that had touched the sands of the Kalahari now pressing their mark in this new vista. Lowering himself closer, he lapped with careful and measured strokes at the cool water - careful not to waste such a precious commodity, careful not to take more than was his portion.After a few moments he sat up once again, surveying the land around him. What would he find in this strange new place, who might he encounter? Friends? Foes? To be certain he would welcome the opportunities granted for him to experience. And as the grasses
ushed against his fur as he sat there, Adhane waited, his life before and behind - forever and a day.</i> <i></i>
<i> a lone cheetahress surveyed the lion from atop a tree. Silently, she observes the lion, wanting to make sure he seemed friendly and wouldn't attack. She beats her tail impatiantly on a
anch, and then sighs. Lonelines was really starting to get to her. With a swift leap, she leaped from the tree and landed gracefully on her forepaws, right infront of the lion.</i>"Hello....." Crazy? The lioness sat down under the shade of a tree and and watched the female cheetah and the lion. She just kept watching silently hoping they didn't see her. <i></i>
<i> With somewhat of a startle, Adhane jumps to his paws and takes a few steps back. Before him where there was no one before sat a cheetahress. Taking a moment to gauge her demeanor he felt no hostility or ill-will on her behalf, and so responded with none in his. And with a friend-full tone he replies to her:</i>Hello there, didn't see you coming. My names Adhane <i></i>
<i> she giggles quietly at the startled look on his face. Her eyes

<i> With focused eyes he watches as the cheetahress looks then leaps up in to the tree. The days press was becoming more evident now and the sun almost seemed to hasten it's retreat as it neared the close of it's own journey through the sky. Though the
ight orb showed the colors he held within his fur, dusk seemed to give those colors a personality.With a smile Adhane looks up at her and nods</i>Hehe.. if you think there's room <i></i>

anch as he smiled back. He hadn't had much interaction with wolves before himself, only had heard of a few in his travels. But as far as he could tell, this one was kind.</i> <i></i>
<I>Kilindi wanders through the savannah thinking to himself, casting his glance down upon the ground infront of him. He looks up for a moment and makes out the figure of a wolf standing under a tree in the distance. He stops and stares ahead at the wolf standing in the glow of the sun's fading light. He has never seen a wolf before. He just stands there staring, trying to decide whether or not to approach the wolf. Curiosity finally gets the best of him and he walks slowly up to the wolf still standing under the tree.</I>"Hi, i'm Kilindi. Who might you be?" <I>I believe that this world believes in love. ~Pause's for a moment looking down to this lion the old she wolf smiled a bit.~Why hello young feline!I'm Cyrtica it's a pleasure meeting you Killindi!~she sat down starring a bit at him sorta confused.~I only saw 1 feline whom is the lion up in the tree!your the second 1 I've seen...~smile's a bit her blue eye's sparkle a bit the sun hitting a little in Killindi's eye's, she stand's back up circling him in a friendly way.~my my my such a big fluffy mane might I say!~smile's a bit starring toward's him with a warm smile.~might I ask were your from?~slowly walk's back infront of him.~ <i></i>

I grew up here in this savannah as a cub but I haven't been back until just recently. I moved with my mother to a far away land much like this. Being a little older, I decided to move back here on my own and live in this land where I grew up. The land of my youth.""So where are you from? I've never seen you around these parts before."*hears something in the tree above him and looks up*Kilindi is suprised to see a lion and a cheetahess lounging in the

The lioness, Lila decided to get up and walk over towards the group. She looked at them all and just nodded her head. "Hello...my what a nice group." She says chuckling in amusement. "My name is Lila." <i></i>

The light
own lioness looked up at him with her blue eyes. Lila smiles at Adhane. "Pleasure to meet you as well." She then decided to go to a quiet spot away from the group and lies down in the grass. <i></i>

eeze flowed through the land and played through the leaves on the
anches, making the sunlight dance across the cheetahress' fur. Adhane had neve spent much time around cheetah's either for that matter, but couldn't help but watch at the beauty they possesed - surely Angalia did.As Angalia stretches out he smiles and moves just barely, letting her have what space she might like to do so</i>Again, thanks. anch in the tree. Watching her he noctices her gaze folloing that of the setting sun and he smiles, letting his own sights drift there.The sun was so beautiful he thought to himself. And how many lands had he seen it set upon, how many wonderful nights had begun with such a wonderful sight. The hues as they drift under the horizon seem to reach out for one last token of rememberance, playing across his mane and form.</i>What a wonderful sight... so peaceful.. like it is up here... with you<i> He wasn't sure how Angalia would take the comment, but he hoped his sincerity had found it's way into his tone as he said it</i> <i></i>

<i> At the set of day, Adhane would usually be out looking for opportunities for a hunt. In lion prides, lionesses usually handled most of the hunting for various reasons, but he wasn't a part of a pride - hadn't been since he left his own. Not that he minded hunting either. Adhane had found it actually to be a relaxing experience, inasmuch as it helped him to be focused on one thing for a given period of time, helped him to keep his skills honed and sharp.Watching Anagalia yawn though he hoped he wasn't intruding on what might be her private time for rest.</i>You seem tired.
