Yet another Lioness

[Lioness Nyota !]

A proud paw set foot into the Pridelanders territory. A Lioness, with a tight grin on her face and the look of hunger in her eye surveyed the lands. Her coat was a peach-tan color and she possessed an odd shape on her chest and belly...a large white spot in the shape of a star imprinted her chest and a trail of white followed it to have the appearance of a shooting star. Her light blue eyes glistened and she began to pant in a satisfied way. Drips of saliva dropped to her paws as she saw herds upon herds of eligable prey. "Hmmm..." She spoke aloud to herself. "This looks like a wonderful place for a professional hunter...plenty of grazers..." She took a whif of the sent of lions that owned this land. "Well they're just going to have to allow me in...I'm not going to let an abundant source of prey slip out of my clutches." With that thought she continued on into the grass with a prowling purr exert everytime she exhaled. <i></i>

From the height of a tree, Misha watched the progression of the lioness. A stranger. There were enough of those around already. With great agility, she jumped to the ground, and ran up to the lioness. She stepped in her path, growling, teeth bared."Who are you stranger? One of us? No other lions apart from those of our pride are permitted to hunt here. If you are an enemy then I suggest you leave now... " ---<i>Be you lion, cheetah, panther. Or hyena, horse or cougar. She stepped back and wrinkled her nose in confusion. Her facial expression softened and gave a smirk..."Hello there little one...I assure you I'm not an enemy...Just a nomad lioness...These lands are teaming with life and it would be a shame for all of it to go to waste...I promise I will cause no trouble to your Pride."She began to move on her way and then stopped."By the way, you can call me Nyota...what's your name?" <i></i>

"My name is Misha, o nomad lioness."She smirked back at Nyota, and once again stepped in front of her."I hate to be such a bother... but... She stood and stared for a while, confused once again..."The king? The king?! Ohhhh you must mean the Pride leader...Well it seems if I want to hunt here I must make friends as well."She looked around a bit at the herds and smiled plainly to herself."Well...If I must I must..."She continued to look around and she chuckled to herself, "A king...hmm you Lionesses must really respect your Pride leader...but you're a nomad huh...you probably not hunt for hi, do you?"OOC: Ohhhh boy I'm completely new at this...not only Lion King RPing but RPing all together! Nyota was very uneasy about all this. She remembered the horrible reign of her father and frowned. Though sorting through her thoughts, she decided that if she DID want to hunt in these lush plains, she might as well make friends before apparently deadly enemies..*Plus the cub seems so vicious" she thought. *Even though she's little, she may not be happy if I step down and run away.*The Lioness gulped and began to follow Misha. Rose looked a bit confused. She had seen many of the nomads around, but none had ever tried to take over. Maybe it was because where she came from, everyone knew of her pride. She looked at each one of her pride members, who were talking amongst themselves, or waiting for Rose to come back. The cubs which had come from the newest members played. Her pride was larger than she remembered...<b> Well, I have a large pride... and we can over power many males</b> <i></i>

"Heh I knew it had to be something like that!" She grinned. "But at least now you don't have any stupid males to take your food when you hunt it down FOR THEM."
