eeze blew over the dark savannah, creating waves in the tall grass. The full moon, high in the night sky passed into cloud, so did the stars. The savannah was cast into drakness.Thanks to the darkness no one noticed a lone jaguar stalking through the grass.The clouds passed. The moon Illuminated his face with its pale glow. He was almost invisible at night due to his grey spotted fur. Maybe this place was the place he'd been lokking for. He could only hope...He hadn't eaten for days. But hunger was the least important thing right now. He turned his gaze skywards. A single tear rolled down his cheek. It ran along his neck and dripped off the fang hanging around his neck."Oh Liani, I wish..." <i>We all have a wish,An unfulfilled wish deep inside our hearts that we may not even know about, But for some of us it reminds us of itself during every waking moment of our lives. A Sphinx approache the obviously saddened jaguar and spoke in hopes of reassurance, "Is everything all right?" <i></i>
Startled, he spun around. At first he felt a bit afraid, but it quickly passed. Whatever it was it didn't look like it wanted to hurt him. But he still felt a little unsure..."I....I..." he pushed the memory away and forced back the tears. "I-I'm okay" he said. He suddenly remembered. "Oh, could you tell me where we are, I'm a wanderer bu I kinda got....lost" <i>We all have a wish,An unfulfilled wish deep inside our hearts that we may not even know about, But for some of us it reminds us of itself during every waking moment of our lives. Gazing down from a tall tree, a lioness named Yugi watched the two creatures below. Her hears directed forward, straining them to hear the conversation. Her claws quietly raked at the bark of the
anch. It had been a while since she saw others, in her absence. Keeping her head low, Yugi listened and watched. She was in desperate need for some entertainment. But drowning out the conversation, that she could hear, was her stomach growling, begging her for food. A cruel smiled curled upon her face and her whiskers twitched. 'Maybe I can snatch a meal....' She thought to herself, licking her whiskers and swaying her tail discreetly in the air. *~ "Ah, Darkness the perfect cloak for my Evil. Ideal conditions for producing fear. Human blood always tastes better with a dash of fear in it" ~*<i></i>
Hiari thought he heard a noise. He looked up at a tree close by. "Birds..." he thought.Looking back at his greeter he suddenly remembered his manners."Oh, sorry. The smell of a fresh kill drifted in front of Yugi, teasing her nose as she

He gave her a smile of appreciation and dug in. thanking her between the mouthfulls. When he was finished he thanked her again.He looked around."Where is this place anyway? I’m not heading anywhere in particular but I’d really like a place to settle down..."He turned his eyes towards the sky."They're so beautiful. I've never seen them this clearly before, not where I come from anyway." His relief was so great he started laughing. But stopped when he realised how foolish he must look. “It’s always been the same…” He said bitterly.“You see, both black and spotted jaguars lived in the forest. My father’s fur was black, my mother’s tawny and spotted. This is the result…”He glanced down at his dirty-grey fur. “Every “impure” seemed to be cursed somehow, I was no exception. Everything I did, no matter how hard I tried, went wrong.” He indicated the black splotch around his right eye.“And this didn't exactly make it better. To some i was an accident waiting to happen, to others that accident had already happened. Angel looked at him with sad eyes as he spoke. "What do you mean? You look cute.... there's nothing wrong with you that I can see," She said as she looked at the stripe along her black back. "Those were the days when nobody accepted me. Come on, nobody should be singled out, Hiari. I'm here for you, don't worry. Jaguars have never truly been accepted anywhere, no matter what they looked like. Don't blame yourself or your parents, Hiari." <i></i>
