Are you okay with the transfer of your postings ?

I wanted to ask you for a long time now.
Some of you already told that they were okay with the move back on the old Ezboard. Yet I wanted to have this once again confirmed.

If anyone of the old Ezboard members does not want his or her old postings to be archived or even stored here, simply write me an E-Mail and I'll arrange things. Normally I'd write an e-mail to you peronally but with around 1900 members this is really complicated. In addition many of the members don't have an e-mail address in their profile or their mail address is no longer valid. Therefore I hope you understand if I just ask right here.
You know I don't want anybody to feel forced to keep his or her old postings.
I did not want to take over anything, nor did I want to harm Ezboard. I liked the software back in 1999 for it was one of the first free board software out there. Let's face it: Without Ezboard we would not be here.
And It's not Ezboard's fault what happened to their server. However I feel much more comfortable with this redesigned savannah, for now we have a real team to take care of the user's requests.

That's why I humbly ask you to tell me if you are all right with it.
If you are okay with keeping your old postings I'd be glad to hear from you also in this thread.
I think of users like Petit Lion, Mrfunny, Reepacheep, TSG, Aladas well as the others who read here.

Whilst the older posts do have our history, is it really a good idea? As far as I know, reading back in on the past is not something I often do.

As I have told you before, Kirauni, your move here was successful and you did an excellent job. I love the new Portal feature as well. :)

I was talking about keeping your postings, not about the move in general. I know you were okay with moving the members and such ;)

id be interested to see old posts, so i agree with a move! i have recently become really good friends with someone, whom says that i apparently first met him at the old savannah, with which i was suprised (though i do have a crap memory *laughs*)
