No wonder why is so much going wrong in these days, when even programs designed for calculating doesn't count the right way. In fact I'm not suprised, but now I see how M$ gets such a high holding on software. It's all calculated with the new Excel. XD

It's a mathematical shortcut that programmer's use because they're too lazy to type in the entire algorithm. It's a quick way of converting hex to binary and it results in very strange behaviour.
