    Default Bomb attacks in London

Yesterday I was felling happy for London to become a place where the Olympic Games can take place.

    Today something terrible has happened.
I guess most of you have already heard of the attacks that took place this morning.
I don't know exactly what happened by now.
However I know that one of our members comes from the UK and even from London, if I remember it right.
Hopefully you and your family members as well as your friends are all right.
I feel sorry for you and I stand here shocked as well.
My prayers are with the victims and their families.

I wanted to give you my condolences to what happened though I can't do anything to help you I just wanted to let you know.
It is truely awful what human-beings are capabale of doing to others.
Just imagine how many people were injured and even died.
It stroke me like the events in Madrid some time ago.

I'm sorry for my broken English this time but I really don't know what to write/say...

It truely is a bad day for all of us.

    wow I had no idea.....

I hope evearyone's family's are okay and I'd like to give my condolences to those who had family hurt in the blast.

It sickens me at what human beings are capable of with a total disriguard to life.

I don't think that this is moderate to call ... these persons "human beings". With this unhuman acts they exclude them from the rest of the mankind, in my opinion.

However I stay with the families and the vistims.

    a very shocked lion.

    yep, that'd be me!

no worries though, im not in central london so i was pretty much unaffected as an individual, but it ook me a long time to make sure everyone I knew, especially the ones who were actually in the centre of town, was alright. as far as i know, everyone I know is fine, which is a relief. one problem is that the entire underground netowkr and most of the buses have been suspended, which means that travelling around for at least a couple days is going to be hard.

at the last count i saw, there were at least 33 dead, and hundreds injured.

its all a bit bewildering, and I hope if there are any more londoners on here, that everyone they know is ok.

I'm truely happy to see that you and you're friends are okay Reepacheep.

I just heard a count of 40 dead and they predict 300 wounded and they think there are many more trapped in the subway. I hope that all of the people trapped will be okay.

Those people must be really insane to do something like that, causing grief to a lot of other people I really wonder if they ever understand how it is like to lose a loved one. My heart goes out to those who had died and their families. I hope those who are still trapped will be rescued quickly.

It is apparent to me that they don't even care about death... that death is some sort of amusing thing to do. Yeah, sure, your life ends, but it's funny as heck, right? You just kill something, and it's freaking hilarious, right? You bomb a popular city, watch people die, and you just can't contain yourself, right?

    Well... YOU'RE AN IDIOT!

Last I checked, death IS NOT funny, it's just plain sad. My heart-felt condolences goes out to everyone to my brothers and sisters in London for the tragedies that occurred.

This is really driving me irate...

the whole point was to cause panic - and the easiest way to do that is to prove that they can take the lives of innocent people.

however, we stand defiant - everywhere (aside from the obvious sites) is up and running again, and we go about our normal tasks. obviously things like tourism have been affected (i know people who work at Madame Tussaudes, the famous waxworks, and they accounted a loss of £90,000 on thursday and friday) but still, as a city, we've survived

Terrorist are useualy brought up and brainwashed from the day they are born that if you are not muslim that you are a infadel and are considered non-human. They belive that it is there religious duty to either kill or convert ( with a over emphasis on killing) They belive that if they die while fighting a jihad ( holey war) that they will go to heaven and get 42 virgins. So they see suicide bombing as killing a bunch of animals and getting an express ticket to heaven. So for them it is a accepeted practice, even looked up apon in there society.

Terrorism depends on fear. Without fear terrorism is useless as a tactic. The only way for people to win against terrorism is to not let it effect there every day life and go on. Tacticaly Terrorism is extreemly hard to counter because you can never know who's a terrorist and who isn't so there is virturaly no way to make a direct military action against them that will seriously effect them.

I hope one day all people can live without fear in peace with love for one another regardless of sex, religion or race.
